Hi, I’m Amber

I'm an Integrative Health professional, Reiki Master, and lifelong student. I'm also a proud dog mom of seven, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, business owner, and, honestly, just a woman navigating through life as I go through it.

Life doesn’t follow a straight path, and I'm grateful for that. The twists, transitions, losses, fresh starts, and unexpected chapters teach resilience, compassion, and something I believe deeply - We are whole people.

Our physical health affects how we feel emotionally. Stress lives in the body. Our experiences shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. And sometimes, caring for ourselves means looking beyond a single symptom and paying attention to the bigger picture.

That's the foundation of my work.

My Journey

My interest in holistic wellness began in 2013 with something surprisingly simple - changing the way I nourished my body.

What started as curiosity became a much deeper exploration of nutrition, natural wellness, herbalism, spirituality, and the ways we can support our own wellbeing.

By 2016, my exploration had expanded into energy work and the spiritual and metaphysical side of healing. I became fascinated by the connection between our inner world and the way we experience life in our bodies.

I wanted more than personal experience, though. I wanted to learn.

In 2023, I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Integrative Health Sciences, with specializations in Herbalism and Aromatherapy. My education gave me a stronger foundation for understanding wellness from both traditional and evidence-informed perspectives while continuing to explore the practices that had become meaningful to me personally.

Along the way, I've studied and practiced Usui Reiki, Kundalini Reiki, herbalism, aromatherapy, crystal healing, meditation, spiritual hypnosis, and other holistic approaches. I'm still learning, and I think that's important.

I don't believe anyone has all the answers, including me.

What I can offer is curiosity, education, lived experience, an open mind, and a genuine desire to help women feel more connected to themselves.

What I Bring to the Table

My military experience taught me discipline and resilience.

My life experiences taught me compassion.

My education taught me to look at wellness from a broader perspective.

And my spiritual practice taught me the importance of slowing down enough to actually listen.

Together, those pieces have shaped the way I work with people today.

I'm not here to tell you that you need to completely reinvent your life.

I'm here to help you explore what your life and wellbeing are asking for right now.

That might mean learning how to create healthier daily rhythms.

It might mean making space for rest and reflection.

It might mean exploring mindfulness or spirituality.

It might mean receiving Reiki and simply having an hour where you don't have to take care of anyone else.

Or it might mean beginning a bigger conversation about how you want to feel and how you want to live.

My Philosophy

I believe wellness is personal. There isn't one perfect diet, one perfect routine, one perfect spiritual practice, or one magic answer that works for everyone.

Instead, I believe in learning to pay attention.

To your body.

To your thoughts.

To your emotions.

To your energy.

To the things that leave you feeling nourished and the things that continually drain you.

The goal isn't perfection. It's connection.

Connection with yourself.
Connection with your body.
Connection with what matters to you.

That's what I mean when I talk about whole-person wellness.

And that's the kind of space I want to create here. A place where you can slow down, get curious about yourself, learn something new, and take your next step without judgment or pressure.

You don't have to have it all figured out. Just be willing to begin.
