Hi, I’m Amber.
I’m a woman on a mission to normalize holistic healing and the power of life force energy. My work bridges intuitive energy practices with integrative wellness, supporting the nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and the body’s natural ability to restore balance.
Beyond that, I’m a proud dog mom of seven with my life and business partner of Tactical Throwing & Montoya K9.
I’m a seeker of soul-deep connections. I strive to live a life rooted in love, joy, and presence both for myself and those I serve.
As a disabled U.S. Air Force Veteran living with PTSD, I know what it’s like carrying invisible weight while navigating everyday life. I’ve walked through countless fresh starts (divorces, job changes, multiple moves) and experiences that taught me resilience, deep compassion, and the courage to keep going.
My Healing Journey
My wellness journey began in 2013 with a simple shift in how I nourished my body. That curiosity blossomed into a deep exploration of trying self-healing with holistic health. By 2016, my path expanded into the spiritual and metaphysical realms as I searched for deeper understanding and lasting healing.
In 2023, I completed my degree in Integrative Healthcare, with specializations in herbalism and aromatherapy, grounding my intuitive and energetic work in evidence-informed holistic wellness principles.
Over the past decade, I’ve explored and integrated a wide range of healing modalities, both personally and professionally, each offering unique insight into how healing unfolds when the body, mind, and spirit are supported together.

My Wellness Philosophy
Mindfulness is the pause button that helps us slow down, breathe, and meet the present moment with awareness rather than judgment. Spiritual wellness is the compass that offers meaning, direction, grounding, and alignment with your authentic self - especially during times of uncertainty or change.
